Mark Williams is a Partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation Group.

Since joining the firm in 1994, Mark's career has been dedicated to legal issues affecting local government and associated entities.

Mark specialises in commercial litigation involving local governments, with a focus on the defence of professional indemnity and public liability claims, contractual disputes, defamation proceedings, prosecutions, local government rating powers and disability discrimination claims. 

Mark is a Fellow CIP of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance ("ANZIIF") and a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association ("AILA")  and the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (“APIG”). He also holds a Diploma of Financial Services - General Insurance.
