Michael Quirk (LL.B)

Michael Quirk is a Partner in the firm's Planning and Environment Group.

Michael commenced employment with the firm as an articled clerk in 1997, and was admitted in 1998. He had previously served for 5 ½ years as Associate to his father, the now retired Honourable Judge Quirk of the District and Planning and Environment Courts. Michael's experience has fitted him well for his role as litigation Solicitor working in the areas of:-

•    planning and development;
•    environmental protection;
•    cultural heritage conservation;
•    building work;
•    industrial relations; and
•    general/commercial litigation.

Michael is a member of the Queensland Environmental Law Association (“QELA").
