Mark Freudenberg is a Senior Associate in the firm's  Advisory Group.

Mark was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and has over 30 years experience as a commercial and property lawyer.

Mark has worked for three large CBD firms in that period of time, undertaking complex commercial transactions such as:-

• the acquisition or sale of various large shopping centres (including Capalaba park, Rockhampton Shopping Fair, Australia Fair, Peninsula Fair and Aspley Hypermarket);
• retail shop leasing at a number of these (and other) shopping centres (e.g. Australia Fair, Aspley Hypermarket and Toowong Village);
• commercial leasing of various Brisbane city office buildings (e.g. 300 Queen Street, 167 Eagle Street);
• other retail, commercial and industrial leasing;
• residential, commercial and industrial sales and purchases.

Mark commenced with us on 17 May 2010 and joined our contract, commercial and specialist advice group. Mark will assume day to day operational responsibility for all local government property matters, as well as assist in providing advice and infrastructure agreement preparation
