Mark joined us on 17 May 2010 as a member of our contract, commercial and specialist advice group. Mark has over 30 years experience as a commercial and property lawyer. He will assume day to day operational responsibility for all local government property matters, as well as assist in providing advice and infrastructure agreement preparation.
