Terry was admitted in 2002, and practised with the Crown Law office before joining KING & COMPANY in February 2008. He has significant experience in acting for various Queensland Government departments and agencies in planning, environmental and compulsory acquisition litigation. Terry has conducted litigation in the Planning and Environment Court, Land Court, Land Appeal Court, Land and Resources Tribunal, High Court of Australia, as well as the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales.

Terry's primary focus at the firm is to undertake Planning and Environment work for our local government clients.
