Darius Isaacs (LL.B Hons, B.Com, BA)

Darius Isaacs is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.

Darius was admitted as a Solicitor in 2004.  He joined the firm in January 2008 after working for several years as an insurance litigator at the Brisbane office of a national law firm.  Darius has also worked in-house at a major insurance company as a member of its group legal team.  

Darius has conduct of commercial litigation matters involving local governments, including the defence of public liability and professional indemnity claims against Councils.

Darius holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting, Banking and Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology).  Darius is also admitted in the High Court of Australia.  Darius is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association (“AILA”) and the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (“APIG”).
