Planning and Environment Lawyer

The firm is currently looking for a senior solicitor (at least Associate level) with a demonstrated interest in planning and environment law. The successful applicant will predominantly assist our Council clients with:

  • conduct of litigation in the Planning and Environment Court;
  • provision of advice in relation to planning, environmental and other regulatory matters;
  • conduct of enforcement action in relation to planning ,environmental and other regulatory matters;
  • advice on the exercise of statutory powers. 

The successful applicant will be capable of working on matters in a team environment under the general supervision of experienced Partners.  That said, we are looking for someone who has the confidence and ability to handle matters autonomously, if required. 

The firm provides modern technology and facilities (including excellent research resources for professional staff) in attractive riverfront premises.

Infrastructure Lawyer

The firm is currently looking for a senior solicitor (at least Associate level) with a demonstrated interest in infrastructure law.  The successful applicant will predominantly assist our Council clients with:

infrastructure agreements;

  • small to medium construction projects;
  • consultancy agreements;
  • tendering for the provision of goods and services;
  • advice on the exercise of statutory powers; and
  • planning and development (including infrastructure charging).

The successful applicant will be capable of working on matters in a team environment under the general supervision of experienced Partners.  That said, we are looking for someone who has the confidence and ability to handle matters autonomously, if required.
