Experience:
Alexander joined King & Company in 2021 as an associate solicitor, returning to commercial practice following several years’ experience working in-house for local Brisbane development companies.
Alex’s background gives him an acute commercial understanding of the property sector.
Alexander’s experience includes:
- commercial and residential acquisition and disposals (conveyancing);
- lease review and negotiation;
- reviewing development approvals, construction contracts and loan agreements for various development projects; and
- negotiation of commercial leases and Practice Management Agreements for large medical practices.
Alexander holds a current practising certificate from the Queensland Law Society.
