King & Company uses online or ‘cloud’ service providers to store personal information and to provide services that involve the use of personal information, such as email services. Some limited personal information may also be provided to these service providers to enable them to authenticate users that access their services. King & Company’s cloud service providers’ servers are located in Australia in Sydney and Melbourne. Other servers or systems the firm uses are on site.

Examples of file share websites King & Company uses include Hightail, Dropbox and Box. The file share websites King & Company use may be based in, or have services located outside Australia.
