LLB (Hons), BA (Pol Sci), GDLP. Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Solicitor of the High Court of Australia

Experience:

Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (with an extended Major in Political Science) from the University of Queensland in 2017.  She joined King & Company as a law graduate on a part-time basis in February 2019 while completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.  She took up a full-time role in April 2020.

Elizabeth works in the firm’s Commercial and Advisory Group and is busy accruing experience in the following areas:

  • providing advice, particularly commercial, local government, administrative (right to information and information privacy) and property advice;
  • contract negotiation and drafting;
  • property titling;
  • commercial and residential conveyancing;
  • easements;
  • resumptions;
  • local laws.

Elizabeth enjoys travelling whether it’s close to home, around Australia or overseas.  Elizabeth enjoys learning new skills and having new experiences whether it’s a cooking course, a yoga retreat, exploring a new city on foot or appreciating a good sunset.

Elizabeth holds a current practising certificate from the Queensland Law Society.  Elizabeth is also a member of King & Company’s Events Committee.
