Planning & Environment Court Appeals

While we aim to avoid engaging our clients in litigation whenever possible, we’re still in Court on a regular basis for directions hearings, reviews, callovers, and similar short matters, and for at least a week per month, every month, conducting trials or contested declaration/injunction applications.

We’ve built extensive and comprehensive precedent libraries, ensuring that, if necessary, a matter is brought before the Court with minimum expenditure on formalities, allowing for maximum focus on the substantive issues.

Moreover, the interchange of ideas between our solicitors and the barristers we engage, is bilateral - we regularly discuss matter with them on an informal and anonymous basis and without charge to our client.  Similarly, they acknowledge and use our depth of experience in the field, often doing so in relation to matters brought to them by other solicitors.
